IJC recruits two experts for producing a study |

17.07.2012 / The Independent Journalism Center (IJC) recruits two experts for producing a new study "Transparency of mass media ownership".
Objectives of the study: 1) evaluate the national legislation in regards to mass media ownership 2) analysis of best foreign experiences in this field, from other European countries in/or previously in transition, and an examination of how these could be implemented in Moldova; 3) elaborate conclusions and recommendations to amend the actual legislation in Moldova. Criteria for selection: - Bachelor degree in law, journalism, political and social sciences and other relevant areas; - relevant experience in drawing up analytical studies in the fields of national legislation, mass-media, international law, integration process, the European media policies; - abilities to draw up methodologies for research, monitoring and evaluation, write reports and work individually. The application should include: - draft of conceptual vision and structure of the research, and applicable research methodology; - the CV of the applicant, with emphasis on experience in elaboration of analytical studies, with references to the studies available on the Internet; in the case in which they are not on-line, please present excerpts of 4 to 5 pages from two most relevant works.
